TheraBreath Chewing Gum

Bacteria that are present in your mouth can enter the bloodstream which can cause damage to the lining of the arteries that is why every person must maintain a healthy set of dentition and oral mucosa.
Consider some of these techniques to attain a healthy oral mucosa:
- Practice of good oral hygiene starts from knowing the right and correct techniques of brushing and flossing your teeth. Brushing and proper flossing your teeth removes unnecessary plaque and tartar which cause tooth decay. These food debris lodge within the gum lines and form periodontal pockets which carry out certain gingival conditions which are painful and unpleasant to see. In addition, bad breath or halitosis usually occurs when your teeth and gums are not in good condition as certain bacteria eats up the organic parts of your tooth creating dead cells which are odorous and unpleasant to smell.
- Consider knowing those factors that will help prevent the production of bacteria inside your mouth. Such factors include the foods that you eat such as candies and other sweets, as well as beverages which have strong odors and are acidic. It is not bad to at least have some but too much of these will eventually harm your teeth. Acidic beverages like sodas also abrades the enamel surfaces of your teeth making it brittle and prone to fracture and tooth decay. The enamel is the hardest part of our teeth and it is a form of protection from cavity-forming bacteria. When enamel is invaded, it would then be easier for the bacteria to eat up the dentin and then to the tooth pulp. This is when you feel toothache as bacteria eats up the most vital part of your tooth- the pulp.
- A healthy lifestyle change will do. Stop smoking. Nicotine from cigarettes can inhibit saliva production and promote dry mouth which leads to halitosis.
- Drink plenty of water as it acts as your artificial saliva which rinses leftover foods from your teeth and mouth as well. A good alternative when toothbrushing is not accessible is to chew mint gums to eliminate odorous smell most especially after eating spicy foods.
TheraBreath Chewing Gum effectively eliminates bad breath because of its minty taste creating a whole new fresh breath after chewing some. It also inhibits bacterial growth stimulating a bactericidal effect and prevents the onset of plaque formation. TheraBreath Chewing Gum contains xylitol, a compound that is strong enough to fight bad breath and make that fresh breath stay for a long time. You won’t have difficulty in maintaining that fresh breath when you’re in public when you chew this gum.
It is important however to take good care of your mouth because recent findings shows that a link between periodontal disease will affect your overall health. This disease starts with the formation of plaque which is hardened into tartar and removing bacteria using toothbrush is already impossible in this stage. As the bacteria grows and multiply certain pathogenic diseases emerge more likely and can give more risk factors to our well being. Although in some point you don’t fully understand about how systematic health conditions are affected by good oral hygiene, you should at least manage to learn about how bacteria is easily introduced through our mouth leaving the rest of our bodily systems unshielded.
