What to Do If You Are Offended by Someone’s Bad Breath

Well the first thing you want to do, especially if this is a person you come into contact with each day, is to take into consideration why they may have bad breath. Some people who have life threatening disease or health problems may have bad breath either from the disease of from the treatment. And if this is the case, you certainly do not want to add to any discomfort they may already be experiencing. Remember to be kind in whatever action you take.
Maybe dry mouth is the cause for bad breath. A person who enjoys smoking or drinking will have problems with bad breath as well a person who has poor hygiene habits and does not take good care of their teeth. Of course, it could be a combination of both, someone who has been out all night smoking and drinking, may not have taken the time to brush their teeth this morning.
Whatever the reason, you certainly want to be a tactful as possible. Some people will respond well to the offer of a sugar free mint, while others may appreciate a community jar of mints, placed in a common area. Of course, sometimes, no matter what you do, some people never get the hint. For those people, you may want to consider going online and sending the offender a virtual mint.
Sounds silly? Maybe a little, but at the same time, it may solve your problem. You can find the sites by simply going online and typing in what you want in the search engine bar. When you locate a site which provides the service you need, you enter the required information and voila! The person receives an anonymous message advising them that someone has requested that they be notified about the problem. The message contains valuable information on how to remedy the problem.
